User Guide
First Setup
- Download the app from Google Play or the App Store.
- Create an account with your email address and complete email verification if requested.
- On first sign-in, create your farm by entering only the farm name. Country and currency are suggested automatically from the device/region.
- Each user can access only the farms, animals, tasks, and records they belong to.
Plans and Animal Limits
- Free use is available for up to 15 active animals.
- Monthly plan up to 50 active animals: 249.99 TRY.
- Yearly plan up to 50 active animals: 2,499.99 TRY. Yearly billing gives about a 17% discount.
- Monthly plan up to 150 active animals: 399.99 TRY.
- Yearly plan up to 150 active animals: 3,999.99 TRY. Yearly billing gives about a 17% discount.
- Monthly plan for more than 150 active animals: 699.99 TRY.
- Yearly plan for more than 150 active animals: 6,999.99 TRY. Yearly billing gives about a 17% discount.
- Subscriptions are managed through Google Play or the App Store. When a plan is upgraded, the new limit is updated in the app.
Account, Plan and Agenda Tabs
- Use the Account tab to update profile details, change password, and open support or account deletion links.
- Use the Plan tab to check active animal limits, monthly/yearly plans, and store purchase verification.
- Use the Agenda tab to enable notifications and manage automatic task protocol templates.
Smart Agenda Protocols
Ready-made protocol templates are available for vaccines, post-calving checks, pregnancy, dry period and treatment follow-ups. Users can choose which templates are enabled from Account > Agenda.
- If a protocol is disabled, no automatic task is created for that workflow.
- You can adjust the day value to match your farm calendar.
- For vaccines and medicines, always follow the product label, local official program and veterinarian plan.
Critical Herd Timing
These are general herd management guidelines. They may vary by breed, age, body condition, farm goals, local conditions, and veterinary protocol.

Daily Use
- When adding an animal, enter the main ear tag, optional additional ear tag, category, birth date, and notes.
- Add events for vaccination, treatment, birth, insemination, sale, and similar operations.
- Save tasks for upcoming work and close them when completed.
- Record daily milk volume by date and note sudden changes.
Security
- Each user can see only the farm data for farms they belong to.
- Purchase and subscription verification is handled securely on the server side.
- Do not share your account. Use the pages below for support or account deletion.
